The U.S. Global Leadership Coalition’s (USGLC) Veterans for Smart Power is a nationwide network of more than 30,000 U.S. military veterans from all branches and ranks who advocate for a strategic approach to national security that combines a strong defense with diplomatic and development tools. Veterans for Smart Power emphasizes that lasting American security and global leadership depend on leveraging all elements of national power — defense, diplomacy, and international assistance — to build stability and prevent conflict.

At the “A Tribute to Partnership & Impact: USGLC at 30” annual ceremony held on December 9, 2025 in Washington, D.C., the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition honored several premier networks and communities, including Veterans for Smart Power. Leaders from government, military, business, and civil society recognized the contributions of the veterans’ network for its advocacy and commitment to shaping thoughtful, experienced approaches to U.S. global engagement.

He leads advanced AI architecture and research initiatives supporting federal agencies, defense organizations, and enterprise environments, with expertise in generative AI systems, AI governance, and mission-critical cloud platforms.
